Daytime hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer and direct phone calls

Schedule salon and spa appointments promptly and accurately

Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers and visitors

Check customers in and out for their appointments

Provide scheduling assistance to the staff

Enter and maintain customer contact and service detail information

Keep reception and retail areas clean and organized

Qualifications and skills:

Former customer service exp

Strong verbal and written skills

Knowledge and experience with computers

Detail-oriented and attentive to clients

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task
