Work Schedule:

Tues-Thurs Evening 5:00 pm - 9:45 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer and direct phone calls.

Schedule salon and spa appointments promptly and accurately.

Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

Check customers in and out for their appointments.

Provide scheduling assistance to the staff.

Enter and maintain customer contact and service detail information.

Keep reception area clean and organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

Former customer service experience.

Cash handling and credit card processing.

Knowledge and experience with computers.

Detail-orientated and attentive to clients.

Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
