It is our mission at Grace for everyone to feel loved, listened to, and respected. We are raising the bar in how we care for people. We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. The receptionist is the first person that our visitors see when they enter our community. A friendly, positive attitude is required. You will also need to be able to effectively communicate with visitors, residents, residents’ friends and family, vendors, and solicitors while providing excellent customer service. The receptionist also handles internal/external calls, taking, and passing on messages, various clerical duties, and monitoring who enters and exits the community.

Qualifications for the position include a compassionate and caring demeanor, a high level of customer service, and excellent time management and organizational skills and presents themselves in a professional, warm, and caring manner.

Grace is an assisted living and memory care community. We believe that we work within our resident’s home. We provide 24/7 care to our residents as well as their meals daily.
