🌼 Front Office Medical Receptionist – Join Our Caring Healthcare Team

Location: Fountain Valley Position Type: Full-Time Experience: Receptionist experience preferred — willing to train the right person

We are a friendly, patient-centered healthcare office looking for a kind, dependable Front Office Medical Receptionist to become part of our work family. Our front desk sets the tone for every patient visit, so we’re searching for someone who truly enjoys helping others and creating a warm, welcoming environment.

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, upbeat, and comfortable working with patients of all ages. While prior receptionist experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and strong people skills.

💛 What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients with a smile and provide compassionate customer service • Answer phones professionally and assist patients with scheduling questions • Schedule appointments and make confirmation calls • Collect payments and post entries into patient ledgers • Enter new patient information into our system • Create and organize patient charts and files • Help keep patient flow moving smoothly throughout the day • Open and close the office • Print daily schedules • Maintain a clean and organized front desk • Support the team with general office duties as needed
