    Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the primary point of contact for our in-home care agency. This role is heavily focused on answering incoming calls, making scheduling adjustments, and providing day-to-day support to the office team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming experience for our clients and caregivers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet visitors, clients, and caregivers in a warm, professional manner

    Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information

    Assist with scheduling and managing the daily calendar/dashboard tasks

    Maintain organized front desk systems, filing, and administrative records

    Respond to client and caregiver inquiries with excellent customer service

    Uphold confidentiality and follow home care policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

    Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

    Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    Proficient with phones, computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software

    Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently

    Understanding of home care or healthcare settings is a plus (but not required)

    Schedule & Work Environment:

    In-office position with some flexibility.

    Monday through Thursday would be in the office, option to work remote on Fridays

    Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed

    Monday through Friday 8a-4pm
