Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors, employees, and job applicants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software/systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday –Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm; Friday 8:30am- 12:30pm.
- Office environment with occasional administrative support needs.
