Responsibilities: You’ll be the first impression clients and callers have of our firm — and we want that impression to be warm, professional, and reassuring. Your role includes: • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, empathetic attitude. • Answer and direct phone calls and emails with courtesy and efficiency. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. • Provide administrative support, including data entry, copying, scanning, and filing. • Support the legal team as needed with tasks like creating binders or sending mail. • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the entire office location. • Process client payments accurately and securely, ensuring confidentiality and detail. • Support a fast-paced team with shifting priorities. Qualifications: • Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. • Ability to communicate warmly and effectively with clients, visitors, and team members. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. • Strong organizational skills to maintain office cleanliness and order. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry tasks. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Experience in processing payments accurately and securely, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
