    Receptionist. At Lyons Gaddis, we pride ourselves on providing top legal services with integrity, precision, and a client-first approach. With decades of combined legal experience, our team is committed to excellence — and we are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Admin.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone

    Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

    Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times

    Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately

    Take and relay accurate messages

    Respond to general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department

    Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

    Prepare outgoing mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS and manage courier services

    Maintain conference room schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings

    Assist with document scanning, copying, and printing

    Order and maintain office supplies for front office area

    SKILLS

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Strong organizational and time management abilities

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Comfortable with phone systems, scanners, copiers, and office technology

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Attention to detail and accuracy

    Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

    Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
