Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! We work with Families and Kids of all ages. If you love kids and a fun environment, we are your place.

As the receptionist for our busy salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of clients throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive at the salon

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of families throughout their services

Qualifications

One or more years of customer service experience is preferred

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
