At Pigtails & Crewcuts: haircuts for kids, we’re more than just a children’s salon; we’re a place where families come for memorable experiences. As a Salon Assistant, you play a key role in making every visit smooth, positive, and enjoyable for both children and parents. You’ll be the first smile they see when they walk in and the last friendly face they interact with when they leave.

What We’re Looking For:

A team member who greets every guest and coworker with warmth and professionalism

Someone comfortable using a point-of-sale system to check out customers, manage transactions, and assist with appointments

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to help manage customer flow in a fast-paced environment

Confidence answering phones with an upbeat attitude and assisting with scheduling and guest questions

Willingness to support stylists throughout the day to keep the salon running efficiently

Attention to detail when cleaning, organizing, and restocking retail and haircare products
