Canvas Beauty Bar is a high-end hair salon in Boone, NC built on exceptional client experiences and an elevated atmosphere. We're looking for a dependable, team oriented Reception Manager who takes ownership of the front-of-house and grows with us.

What You'll Do:

Manage appointments, client flow, check-ins, and checkout via Phorest

Be the first and last impression for every guest

Handle client communications and retail sales at the desk

Lead social media marketing--content creation, posting, and calendar management

Execute daily shifts checklists, reception workflows, and management tasks through our Employee Handbook & Procedure Manual

Coordinate with stylist to keep the floor running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred

Dependable with a flexible schedule, including weekends

Polished communicator with a creative eye for luxury brand aesthetics

A self-starter who thrives in a team-first culture

Comfortable learning and managing multiple systems
