Job Summary
Monday-Friday - 6:00am-2:30pm
To provide front desk reception and administrative support by managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with clerical and data entry functions to ensure smooth daily office operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update necessary information
- Assist with date entry and billing processes
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Transcribe dictation and prepare correspondence and documents
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a data entry or office setting is preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary Information:
- The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $19.5/hr. Individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
