    Job Summary

    We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

    As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, properly direct emails/calls, and answer questions pertaining to our rentals. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

    Responsibilities · Greet residents, visitors, and vendors professionally. · Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly. · Provide general property information and assist with inquiries. · Schedule appointments, property tours, and inspections. · Prepare and distribute resident communications. · Collect payments, deposits, and support basic accounting tasks (providing account balance, providing copy of letters, etc) as needed.

    Qualifications

    Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers and scheduling software

    Excellent multi-tasking skills
