THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION WITH ROOM TO GROW We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include answering phones, responding to general inquiries, scheduling property showings, replying to office emails, redirecting phone calls and correspondence if needed, and offering general administrative support. Multitasking with a smile and stress management skills are essential for this position. Applicants should be extremely thorough, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. What we are looking for: • A pleasant and professional appearance, speaking voice, and writing style • Punctuality and Reliability • A college degree or 4+ years of real estate, office, and/or customer service experience • Foreign Language Skills (not a requirement, but multi-lingual candidates are eligible for a higher salary based on proven fluency) • Typing Skills - 50+ net WPM (You will be tested on speed and accuracy) This is a full-time, in-office position in Downey, CA 90242. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency Compensation: $16.50 - $24 hourly DOE
