Sunforce Solar is a fast-growing solar energy company serving New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado. We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and team members.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services
Schedule appointments for consultations, site surveys, and service calls
Assist with basic office administration and data entry
Maintain organized customer records and documents
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication
Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional phone etiquette
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required
