Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role ensures a professional, organized, and welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
Maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Provide basic information to clients and direct inquiries appropriately
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)
