We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors at our Miami operations hub. This role helps ensure smooth daily office operations and supports administrative coordination across departments.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces
Perform filing, data entry, and document management
Assist internal teams with administrative tasks
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
