    As the first person visitors, customers, and partners meet when they contact or visit our office, you'll play a critical role in representing our company and culture. While there are administrative and organizational responsibilities throughout the day, your most important job is ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience.

    What You'll Do

    Create Outstanding Guest Experiences

    Welcome every visitor with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm

    Build positive connections with customers, vendors, and team members

    Answer phones with a friendly, helpful attitude

    Ensure every guest feels acknowledged, valued, and cared for

    Represent Paul Davis with professionalism and positivity in every interaction

    Keep the Office Running Smoothly

    During quieter periods, you'll help support daily operations by:

    Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries

    Assisting with administrative and office support tasks

    Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

    Preparing conference rooms and common spaces for guests and meetings

    Supporting various office projects and team initiatives

    Helping ensure the office is ready to welcome visitors at all times

    Qualifications

    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Experience in a receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or front desk role preferred

    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred

    Ability to pass a criminal background check
