About the Role:

Ruhmann Law Firm in El Paso, TX is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our personal injury practice. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and compassionate manner

Answer and direct high-volume incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage the front desk

Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations for attorneys

Maintain and organize client files, legal documents, and intake records

Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and correspondence

Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys to ensure smooth daily office operations

Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior receptionist, administrative, or front desk experience required; legal office experience a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

Compassionate, client-focused attitude with a professional appearance

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or legal coursework a plus
