Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a friendly and positive attitude.

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.

Maintain an organized reception area and manage client records.

Assist stylists with client flow and ensure a smooth salon experience.

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Help with all sanitation processes to ensure the salon stays clean.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; previous reception experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer software.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly demeanor with a passion for working with children and families.

Basic cash handling experience is a plus.
