Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Answer phones and emails, manage mail/deliveries, schedule appointments • Handle client interactions and basic office tasks • Maintain a professional front-office presence • Welcoming office with training and room to grow into admin roles. Qualifications: What you bring (must-haves): • HS diploma/GED; 1+ year receptionist/admin experience preferred • Strong communication, multitasking, and basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills Nice-to-haves: • Bilingual (Spanish) • Real estate office/assitant experience What success looks like at 6 months : Compensation: $14 hourly
