We are currently hiring for a Receptionist / Runner / File Clerk role and are open to two part-time college students, depending on fit and availability. About the Role: This position plays an important role in keeping the firm running smoothly and professionally. You will often be the first point of contact for clients and a behind-the-scenes support for attorneys and staff. Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy • Answer phones and assist with basic client communication • Organize, scan, file, and maintain physical and digital client files • Run documents, make local deliveries, and assist with court filings • Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day administrative needs Schedule Options: • Part-Time Role: Approximately 15–25 hours per week each • Schedules can be structured around class commitments for students Qualifications: This Role Is a Great Fit If You: • Are you a college or law student seeking real-world experience • Are reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your work • Communicate clearly and professionally • Are organized and detail-oriented • Are comfortable running local errands and managing documents • Have basic computer skills and are eager to learn • No prior legal experience is required.
