Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
