Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room logistics
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations
