Responsibilities: • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information Qualifications: • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Compensation: $50,000
