ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family’s legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I’ve been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I’ve enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football.
Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. We’re looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community.
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
