RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries on billing, claims, and coverage changes with accurate, timely service
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Compensation - $23 - $28 / hour + bonuses + commissions
