Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Receptionist who brings warmth, professionalism, and sharp attention to detail. You should thrive in a people-facing role, enjoy organizing and streamlining office operations, and feel confident juggling a variety of daily tasks. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the calm, competent presence at the front of the office.
What You’ll Do
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and route incoming calls
Monitor and manage the firm’s general email inbox
Maintain and organize the front office and waiting area
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Assist with scanning, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Support attorneys and staff with scheduling and communication
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s high standard of client care
What You Bring
1+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience (law firm or professional services setting preferred)
Excellent communication skills—both in-person and over the phone
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
A friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude
Comfort with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn legal software
Dependability, discretion, and a proactive mindset
