    Position Overview
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to support front-office operations in our Grand Prairie location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and route incoming phone calls
    • Manage front desk operations, including sign-ins and visitor logs
    • Perform basic data entry using Excel and other computer programs
    • Maintain organized records and update internal systems
    • Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
    • Support office staff and management as needed
    • Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean and welcoming

    Qualifications

    • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
    • Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, sorting, simple spreadsheets)
    • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional
