Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to support front-office operations in our Grand Prairie location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations, including sign-ins and visitor logs
- Perform basic data entry using Excel and other computer programs
- Maintain organized records and update internal systems
- Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
- Support office staff and management as needed
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, sorting, simple spreadsheets)
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
