    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
    • Support office staff with clerical duties as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

    Qualifications

    • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk experience preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude
    • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
