HVAC Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC terminology and willingness to learn about the industry is often helpful, although not always required.
Administrative Support: Maintaining records, assisting with billing and invoicing, handling data entry, and providing general office support
Computer Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and potentially industry-specific software like Service Titan or QuickBooks.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records and systems.
