Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they arrive • Serving as a trusted first point of contact, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff with efficiency and care • Managing a busy multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized front desk • Supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks to ensure daily operations run seamlessly Qualifications: • A calm, steady presence under pressure • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth office operations. • Proven track record of maintaining organized and accurate client files. • Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and email platforms. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Prior receptionist or administrative experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting, preferred • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired Compensation: $38,480
