We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As the Receptionist, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while managing front-desk activities with efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a courteous and professional demeanor
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized appearance
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with meeting arrangements
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
