    Summary:

    A leading law firm is seeking a poised, professional Receptionist to join their Los Angeles office in a full-time, fully on-site role. This is a highly visible front-desk position that serves as the first point of contact for high-profile clients, guests, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a polished, client-service mindset and can manage a fast-paced, hospitality-infused environment. This position supports senior attorneys and staff with reception duties, conference room setup, scheduling, and event coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

    • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

    • Schedule meetings and handle conference room setups

    • Support coordination of events, catering, and logistics

    • Create a welcoming and polished front-office environment

    • Liaise with attorneys, staff, and leadership with a high level of discretion

    • Maintain lobby and guest areas to reflect the firm’s professional standards

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or receptionist role (law firm or corporate preferred)

    • Background in hotels, corporate concierge, or high-end customer service settings strongly valued

    • Executive presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or conference room booking systems (e.g., EMS)

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted

    • Must be comfortable working fully on-site, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PT)
