Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and organized
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate with other departments to address visitor or client needs
Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
