Currently seeking to hire a full-time Receptionist. Some of the job duties would be answering incoming calls, greeting customers, data entry, taking payments, preparing the daily bank deposit and making daily bank deposits, working various reports, prepare/open and dispensing mail, input policies into computer, scanning documents and attaching to files. This job entails having good organizational, communication, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Compensation is based on experience. Retirement plan is offered. Experience is preferred.
