    Job Title: Receptionist-Mental Health Agency

    Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner

    Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

    Schedule appointments and manage calendars, as needed

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

    Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

    Provide basic information about the company or office procedures

    Handle administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying

    Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies and procedures

    Assist other departments with clerical support as needed

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or administrative training a plus

    Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Proficiency with office equipment (phones, printers, copiers)

    Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs and basic computer skills

    Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with mental health care

    Knowledge of HIPAA
