We’re looking for Front Desk Agents who bring warmth, energy, and professionalism to our team — helping us make every guest feel right at home in our futuristic oasis.

Your Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the heart of our operation — welcoming guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and making sure every visit is a rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with genuine warmth and professionalism

Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently

Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Proactively address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction

Uphold all safety and security standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous front desk or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Basic computer and POS proficiency

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
