Job Summary

The Reclaim Specialist is responsible for the efficient and safe reclamation of used screen printing frames, preparing them for reuse by ensuring they're clean, defect-free, and properly processed.

This position is critical to production workflow—clean and well-prepped screens ensure sharp, consistent prints and reduce rework or wastage. Reclaim Specialists help maintain sustainable operations and high-quality output.

The Reclaim Specialist is responsible for the efficient and safe reclamation of used screen printing frames, preparing them for reuse by ensuring they're clean, defect-free, and properly processed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full reclamation process: remove ink, emulsion, haze, and tape using the correct solvents, pressure washers, Dip tanks, and other equipment.
• Inspect screens for defects, damage, tension loss, or mesh wear. Recommend remeshing or repair as needed.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols when using chemicals—always use PPE (gloves, masks, aprons, goggles) and manage chemical waste responsibly.
• Keep the reclaim area clean, organized, and compliant with environmental and workplace safety requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to increase reclamation efficiency, quality, and throughput.
