Job Description

This Project Scheduler CSR position is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of customer service. The customer service representative will communicate with customers for shipment, planning material, and logistic arrangements. The CSR will also be responsible for planning and maintaining the daily production schedule. Responsibilities: * Customer service representatives communicate with customers for PO receiving, release order to production department, plan the material purchasing, and arrange the shipment. * Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. * Creating the daily production schedules and ensuring goods and equipment to satisfy the demands of the schedule are available. * Routinely reviews the production schedules, inventory reports, and capacity to determine efficiencies and types and quantities of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority, to ensure on time completion and expedited order fulfillment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Previous experience in the industrial manufacturing process in production planning and scheduling. * Customer service administrator with relative work experience preferred. * Three or more years of general work experience. * Good communication and management skills. * Bilingualism with Chinese or Spanish will be prioritized.
