Build More Than Homes. Help People Recover.
At Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana, we restore homes and businesses after fire, water, storm, mold, and other property damage. Our customers aren't remodeling because they want to—they're rebuilding after one of the most difficult experiences of their lives.
We're looking for a professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and can be trusted to work independently. If you're looking for a place where quality matters, accountability matters, and your work is appreciated, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Every project is different. You'll perform a wide range of residential and light commercial reconstruction work, including:
Drywall hanging, finishing, and texture matching
Interior and exterior painting
Cabinet installation and adjustments
Interior doors, casing, baseboard, crown molding, and finish trim
Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring
Framing and structural repairs
Minor roofing and siding repairs
Demolition and jobsite preparation when needed
Punch list completion and final quality inspections
Protecting customers' homes and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
Communicating professionally with homeowners, teammates, subcontractors, and project managers
No two days are the same.
What Success Looks Like:
The right person is someone teammates can count on and customers enjoy having in their home.
You:
Show up on time and ready to work.
Take ownership instead of making excuses.
