We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.

    Job Summary

    DRYmedic® Restoration Services is seeking an organized and proactive Reconstruction Project Coordinator to support our Reconstruction Division. This role is essential to ensure the smooth coordination of reconstruction projects from lead intake through job closeout. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and the Director of Reconstruction to manage scheduling, file compliance, client communications, TPA requirements, and onboarding logistics. A successful candidate will bring industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Including but not limited to:

    Works with Mitigation Project Managers to evaluate new leads & when to make the initial recon call.

    Loads all new leads into DASH and the Production Report.

    Vet’s all new leads & pushes to sell the client on recon prior to inspection.

    Follows up with clients to ensure job is signed and ready for estimate.

    Meets with Estimator & Director for weekly sales meetings.

    Assists Estimator with carrier follow ups as needed.

    Keeps insured updated on status of estimate submittal & approval.

    Audits DASH files for compliance & accuracy: documentation, notes etc.

    Works with Director to assign new jobs to Project Managers.

    Fills out permit applications & tasks accounting to issue payment.

    Audits the Production Report for accuracy.

    Receives vendor invoices from accounting & distributes to PM’s for sign off and turns into director for final review prior to payment.

    Reviews & edits time punches for hourly employees.

    Fields PTO requests & approvals for Director.

    Manages TPA compliance & file updates for XactAnalysis & Alacnet.

    Requests draws & close out funds for TPA jobs.

    Works with warehouse manager (WM) to schedule vehicle maintenance.

    Assists Director & Recruiter during new hire onboarding to ensure all needed items for new hires have been ordered, delivered & set up.

    Ensures all new hires have working logins for: DASH, XA, Alacnet, Email etc.

    Assists Director to review field team expense reports for accuracy.

    Notes client/carrier payments received in DASH & tags accounting.

    Vets’ subcontractor applicant's vendor paperwork and compliance.

    Required Qualifications

    3+ years of relevant experience in construction preferred

    3+ years of relevant experience in restoration preferred

    Restoration Industry experience in TPA management

    Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

    Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Calendar, composing emails, QuickBooks

    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

    Physical Requirements

    Work is performed in an office environment

    Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

    May be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time

    Involves extended periods of looking at a computer monitor

    Must be able to see, hear, talk, and type
