Join Rick - N - Ball Restoration & Construction, Inc. as a Reconstruction Estimator, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our projects. This position offers you the opportunity to leverage your expertise in estimating and contribute to high-quality restoration and construction efforts in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for reconstruction projects based on onsite inspections, photographs, and mitigation estimates.

Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate bid submissions.

Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to develop comprehensive estimates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and local building codes.

Provide detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Assist in negotiations and adjustments to project scopes as needed.

Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating and sales

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.

Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and sales skills for client interactions.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in Xactimate
