  • Responsibilities

    RestoreCore is seeking a skilled and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role blends leadership and execution; you will supervise crews and subcontractors while also stepping in to perform work as needed.

    The ideal candidate brings strong construction supervision experience, excellent communication, and a sharp attention to detail to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise field operations for active construction projects
    • Manage and direct staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to scope
    • Maintain control of job sites from start to finish, aligning work with project schedules
    • Perform hands-on construction work when necessary, across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, paint, etc.)
    • Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and progress updates with customers
    • Ensure proper documentation, timekeeping, and use of company systems (DASH)
    • Order materials and coordinate job site logistics
    • Train and mentor Reconstruction Technicians
    • Support Project Managers with project startup, permits, and closeout processes

    Qualifications

    • Proven construction supervision experience
    • Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
    • High level of attention to detail and job site accountability
    • Ability and willingness to be hands-on in the field when needed
    • Experience managing crews and subcontractors
    • Working knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, flooring, etc.)
    • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities

    Preferred Certifications

    • WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
    • FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)
    • OSHA 10

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
    • Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day
