    Work Environment: Reconstruction indoor/outdoor, various weather conditions

    Compensation: $ 55,000 annual salary

    Serving others in their time of need is not easy. During Reconstruction, a home or business owner can be displaced, irritable, upset and confused. We are looking for a candidate that our customers can trust and depend on to get them back to their life prior to the disaster.

    Position Summary:

    The Foreperson’s role works directly with home or business owners as well as the company’s Project Manager’s to deliver the highest level of customer care and reconstruction services. Delivering best in class results while showing empathy during times of stress and confusion.

    The Foreperson will play an instrumental role in delegating and communicating the reconstruction process for the customer by following a detailed process plan in place. The ideal candidate will be Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented, Comfortable with Delegation and Oversight, Strong Interpersonal skills, Quick thinking and able to problem-solve, Flexible and able to pivot/adaptable and have a willingness to learn.

    Experience in construction/reconstruction industries is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    Delivery of Paul Davis Core Values, Mission and Serving Basics

    Establish deliverables at the beginning of each project by understanding the lead source and requirements of our corporate office as well as Third Party Administrators and insurance companies

    Educate customers on job timeline based on industry and company process

    Review scopes via estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility) contour approved

    Review estimates, prepare budgets, prepare and collect on draw schedules, communicate and deliver work orders to subcontractors

    Conduct Site inspections for job quality and scope execution

    Document and review customer files with all necessary updates and paperwork (IE: Authorizations, change orders, material selections, notes

    Work with the compliance team to ensure 100% adherence to our compliance obligations

    Engage consistently with customers, Project Managers and sub contractors to ensure job progress and customer satisfaction

    Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most

    Qualifications:

    Degree/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred: Experience in Construction, or Reconstruction Industries

    Preferred: Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility and CRM Software

    Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required

    Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

    Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

    Flexible to work in various indoor and outdoor weather.
