🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects — from assessment to final walkthrough

Prepare and manage accurate scopes and estimates using Xactimate and other digital tools

Lead crews on-site and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly

Communicate clearly with clients, insurance reps, vendors, and your internal team

Monitor budgets, materials, and equipment to stay on schedule and under cost

Maintain a clean digital and paper trail to support proper billing and documentation

Respond to leads and high-priority calls quickly and professionally

Help recruit, hire, and train team members as we continue to grow

📋 What You Bring:

1+ year in a management or supervisory role

3+ years in the restoration or construction industry

Experience with Xactimate is required

IICRC certifications are a plus

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

💪 Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)

Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, on ladders, and at height

Physically capable of repetitive motion: lifting, pulling, carrying

Able to work around cleaning agents and equipment
