We are seeking a strong, experienced leader to oversee and manage a team of Reconstruction Project Managers. This role is responsible for driving production, profitability, accountability, and quality across all reconstruction projects.
This is not a desk-only position. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires construction expertise, financial oversight, and the ability to coach and develop Project Managers to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a group of Reconstruction Project Managers
Run weekly production meetings with each PM to review:
Job budgets
Schedule adherence
Gross profit margins
Change orders
Problem areas
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and at company quality standards
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and job costing
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and margin control
Identify and solve operational bottlenecks
Hold PMs accountable to KPIs and performance expectations
Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
Collaborate with mitigation, estimating, and accounting teams
Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction management
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong budgeting and job costing knowledge
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Experience running production or operations meetings
High attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills
Problem solver with a team-first mentality
Experience in restoration/reconstruction preferred but not required
