About the Role:

Arizona Restoration Contractors is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations

Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work

Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management

Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills

Proficiency with project management software and tools

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area

Xactimate experience necessary
