    Role Responsibilities:

    Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish

    Coordinate with customers, insurance professionals, and subcontractors

    Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards

    Manage project documentation, budgets, and daily operations

    Solve challenges proactively and maintain excellent customer communication

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in construction, restoration, or project management

    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts

    Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials

    Valid driver’s license

    Licenses & Certifications:

    Valid Driver’s License required.

    IICRC or construction-related certifications a plus.
