24-7 Restoration is growing! We are a locally owned emergency disaster response and reconstruction company looking for Reconstruction Superintendent/Field Manager to join our team. Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, professional demeanor, and quick response to emergency situations and reconstruction needs. Job Summary:

Project Superintendents and Field Managers will be responsible for all aspects of the schedule, quality and budget as it relates to the performance of the reconstruction activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in reconstruction

Excellent communication skills , including writing, speaking and listening

Effective leadership skills

Coordinated and highly organized

Manage through schedules, daily logs and multitasking

Great problem solving and decision making skills

Moderate computer skills for use of project management software

Have reliable transportation and personal cell phone

Bi-lingual is a plus

Ability to lead by example and set the tone

Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds

Valid Driver’s License

Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

Schedule:

8-10 hour shifts M-F

Possible weekend work required

Experience:

3-5 years in construction management

Work Location: Based out of local office and travel to surrounding areas projects.
